Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our digital course. By completing the purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

No Refund Policy:
We operate under a strict no-refund policy. All transactions are final. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Results Disclaimer:
There are no guarantees for what you will get out of this event. The experience is dependent on the individual and not The Rising Wolf Company. If you purchase a VIP or Platinum ticket there is no guarantee for how much time you will or might get with Jamie and other speakers directly.

Payment Obligation:
If you choose a split pay option for Platinum or VIP tickets the tickets must be paid in full before the live event on October 25th, 2024. If you default on your second payment your ticket will default to general admission and no refund will be provided for the difference in ticket costs.

Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other content provided, are the intellectual property of The Rising Wolf. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without prior written consent from us.

Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the course after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S./Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
